Gramola Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the Gramola AI conversation summarization and meeting intelligence platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, AI agents, and web applications.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the Gramola application, browser extensions, calendar integrations, and AI conversation note-taking agents (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an enterprise, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Gramola platform and revoke all connected calendar and audio permissions.

2 Description of AI Services

Gramola provides intelligent audio capture, multi-speaker voice transcription, context-aware meeting summarization, automated action item extraction, and conversation workspace integrations powered by proprietary machine learning models and large language agents.

We continuously evolve our platform. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the Service to implement performance optimizations, compliance upgrades, or new generative AI capabilities with reasonable notice where feasible.

3 User Accounts & Access

To utilize the core features of Gramola, you must establish an account by linking a verified business email address or identity provider. You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all operations executed under your workspace.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
  • You will notify Gramola immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized account access.
  • Account sharing outside your allocated team seat count is strictly prohibited.

4 Audio Recording & Consent Obligations

Gramola operates as a technical tool deployed at your direction. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws concerning audio recording, wiretapping, and participant notification.

Notice and Two-Party Consent

Before initiating an automated recording or inviting the Gramola AI Bot to a live conference, you must ensure that all call participants have received clear notice and provided necessary legal consent.

Gramola provides automated visual indicators, meeting chat announcements, and recording badges. You agree not to disable, tamper with, or circumvent any automated participant notification mechanisms provided by our platform.

5 Intellectual Property & Customer Data

Customer Ownership: You retain complete ownership, rights, and title to all audio files, live stream feeds, conversation transcripts, and derived meeting summaries generated by your workspace (“Customer Data”).

Our Technology: All interfaces, algorithms, proprietary speech models, designs, documentation, and software associated with Gramola remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gramola Inc.

Model Training Policy: We do NOT sell your conversational data. Your private transcripts and audio recordings are never used to train public foundational AI models without explicit enterprise opt-in consent.

6 Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Certain tiers of Gramola require a paid recurring subscription. Pricing schedules, audio processing limits, and feature allocations are outlined on our official pricing documents.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Usage Quotas: Overage transcription hours beyond your plan tier will be billed at standard published rates.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace administration settings. Access continues through the end of the paid billing interval.

7 AI Generated Output & Disclaimers

The Service utilizes machine learning and generative artificial intelligence to synthesize meeting conversations. While we strive for industry-leading precision, automated transcription and summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies, missed words, or misattributed statements.

Gramola is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Summaries, action items, and automated decisions generated by our AI agent should be reviewed by authorized team members prior to taking critical legal, medical, financial, or contractual actions.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gramola Inc., its directors, employees, and software partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational interruption arising out of your utilization of the Service.

Our aggregate cumulative liability for any claims concerning these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Gramola during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

9 Contact & Governance

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard business regulations. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be resolved via arbitration or designated regional courts.
