• Autonomous Computation: Transcripts and meeting summaries are compiled automatically without human pre-screening or editorial oversight by Gramola personnel.
• Algorithmic Variance: Acoustic noise, overlapping audio streams, diverse accents, microphone distance, regional colloquialisms, and jargon may impact automatic interpretation.
• Model Inferences: Synthetic bullet points, key decision tags, and extracted tasks are probabilistic estimations calculated from your audio inputs and do not reflect factual endorsement by Gramola.

While Gramola benchmark tests maintain industry-leading transcription accuracy, artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce anomalous outputs, misattributed speaker turns, or generative hallucinations.

All services, transcripts, automated exports, and generated summaries are delivered strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without express or implied representations regarding absolute precision or error-free continuous operation.

Gramola is a technical productivity assistant and conversation archiver. It does not replace qualified human expertise:

Recording conversation audio, virtual conference calls, and telephonic sessions is subject to strict local, state, federal, and international wiretapping and privacy regulations (including GDPR, California Two-Party Consent, and UK Data Protection Act 2018).

Gramola disclaims all liability stemming from your failure to announce recording status or secure binding multi-party consent across your operating jurisdictions.

Gramola interfaces seamlessly with unified communications suites, cloud storage providers, and customer relationship management (CRM) engines (including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Salesforce).

• Independent Infrastructure: Third-party platforms control their respective API rate limits, uptime thresholds, and data protocols. We are not responsible for latency or sync failures caused by upstream service interruptions.

We enforce strict enterprise encryption standards (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Under our standard commercial agreements, proprietary voice and text prompts are not utilized to train public foundation models without explicit organizational authorization.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable legal statutes, Gramola, its affiliates, directors, engineers, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Loss of conversation data, delayed transcript delivery, or acoustic corruptions.
• Actions taken or missed commercial opportunities arising from summary interpretations.
• Unauthorized recording claims raised by meeting invitees against your account administrators.
